A really quick one! So much has happened. The Laliberte women returned from a wonderful Spain trip of Sorolla, wine, tapas and jamon de Serrano to a whirlwind of Poutini madness. ("What do you mean there's ovens and deep fryers and refrigerators in this place?!") The place now has a nice warm woody smell to it and it's ready for people!Since I began the above, we've had our first poutine and it's fantastic, Chef is hard at work getting ready for our opening night tomorrow!
